Italian giants AC Milan are reportedly looking to sign Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry in the summer as part of their renovations for next season.
According to The People and MilanNews, the Italian giants are looking forward to signing the England international midfielder. Barry has developed significantly for the past two or three seasons and has forever been linked with a move to Premier League powerhouse Liverpool.
It has now emerged that the former European champions Milan too are keen on signing the player. Barry is a versatile player who is essentially a defensive midfielder but can contribute to the attack. He can also play on the left side of the midfield.
