Florentino Perez has hinted at yet another onrush of the Galacticos era at Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Perez formally announced his presidential candicature on Thursday and it is virtually certain that the former Spanish politican would win the elections set to held on June 14.
Florentino Perez has immediately hinted that he would like to sign star player Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United and coach Carlo Ancelotti in the summer.
Perez said:
“I am very close to Adriano Galliani. He calls me when he comes to Spain and I speak to him when I am in Italy,” he told reporters when asked about a new coach.
“We often talk about football and now we will have to wait and see what happens at the elections. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players in the world. The best players in the world should play for Real Madrid.”
