According to the Catalan sports daily Sport, Eto’o does not want to move anywhere else in the summer and is perfectly happy with life in Barcelona.
Eto’o’s current contract with Barcelona expires at the end of next season and there has been speculation that Barcelona might be tempted to sell him off at the end of this season in order to get some good cash as if Eto’o leaves at the end of the 2009-2010 season, then he would leave as a free agent and the Catalan side would not be able to make any money out of the deal.
But it is now being reported that Eto’o does not want to leave the club anytime soon and is keen to sign a contract extension.
