Valencia have thrown their name into the hat to check whether they can land the highly rated Cameroonian international custodian Carlos Kameni in the summer or not from Espanyol Barcelona.
Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid are the other two clubs who have exhibited keen interest in the player. But the problem is that both Atletico and Valencia have offered players instead of an all-out cash for the 24-year old goalkeeper and Espanyol sporting director Paco Herrero is not interested in such kind of a deal.
Herrero wants cash and only cash for Kameni but both Valencia and Atletico Madrid are offering players. Only Spurs have said that they will check out cash and it seems more likely that Kameni shall land up at White Hart Lane than at the Mestalla or the Estadio Vicente Calderon.
