French striker David Trezeguet could be moving to the Premier League at the end of the season, according to certain reports.
According to the Juventus star’s agent, Antonio Caliendo, has declared that a number of Premier League clubs, including Chelsea are looking to sign Trezeguet. In an interview with Tuttosport. Caliendo has admitted that the French star does like the Premier League and wants to play in England’s top flight.
Caliendo said:
“A divorce could suit both parties. David is now only focussed on the Scudetto race as he wants to catch Inter and does not want to think about anything else.
“But Chelsea and three other important English sides have targeted David and I can’t deny that he would gladly move to England. He likes the Premier League and could excel there.”
Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, though, has consistently denied that the club are looking to sell him.
