Leroy Sane opened the scoring for Bayern but Eintracht found a way back with Randal Kolo Muani equalizing in the 69th minute.
The result means Bayern have played out three straight draws, seeing their Bundesliga lead slashed to one point from Union Berlin who won 2-0 over Hertha on Saturday.
“If you don’t deliver the results, then you are in a results crisis,” Nagelsmann told Sky Germany.
“There are worst things in life than that, but it’s not a good run.”
Nagelsmann said the draw with Eintracht was a fair result, before elaborating on why his side has hit a slump lately.
“We started well, we had a good presence about us,” he said. “After that, we were just a bit too slow in all areas of our game.
“We had two or three chances to make it 2-0. For their goal, it was just a catalogue of errors - we had ample chances to clear (the danger).
“The draw’s a fair result, though we’d have liked to have won. There’s a lot we could be doing better, especially in terms of how quickly we move the ball.
“We play with a big gap between our defence and the opposition’s first defender - in this case, Kolo Muani.
“When teams defend deep, it’s difficult. In the end, it wasn’t a great performance from us. It’s not a good run of results.”
