The agent of the FC Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o has declared that his client is not leaving Camp Nou anytime, effectively putting an end to all speculation linking the Cameroonian international striker to Manchester City and Inter Milan.
Eto’o has been in top form so far this season and is heading the Pichichi. But he has been linked with Premier League cashbag Manchester City as well as Italian and European powerhouse Inter Milan, whose coach Jose Mourinho is said to be a keen admirer of the former Real Mallorca striker.
But Eto’o’s agent Jose Maria Mesalles said, “It is normal that big clubs are interested in Samuel. But he is currently very focused on Barcelona and the success of the team.”
So it appears that Samuel Eto’o shall be playing on for the Catalans for a long time.
