Premier League giants Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing the Italian youngster Sebastian Giovinco from Italian powerhouse Juventus.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keen to sign the unsettled 21-year old. Giovinco has been the subject of intense transfer speculation since the summer as he is supposedly disgruntled that he is not getting enough playing time under Claudio Ranieri.
The Daily Telegraph has reported that Arsenal are ready to sell Nicklas Bendtner in order to sign the Italian hotshot. A number of clubs, including Premier League side West Ham United have been making enquiries about the player but nothing concrete has emerged out.
Giovinco’s contract at Juventus runs until 2013 and his agent has insisted that Giovinco is not looking to move out at the moment. But the word is that Giovinco could make a final decision should Juve coach Claudio Ranieri not allow him more playing time.
