However, Premier League rivals Brighton have turned it down.

White made 36 appearances in the Premier League for Brighton this past season.
Arsenal finished the 2020-21 season in eighth place in the Premier League table with 61 points from 38 matches.
Mikel Arteta’s side could not finish in the Europa League places.
Brighton ended the campaign 16th in the Premier League standings with 41 points from 38 games.
