Fulham are reportedly set to sign Terence Kongolo from Huddersfield Town before the summer transfer window in England closes on Friday.

It has been reported by Sky Sports that Premier League club Fulham are finalising a deal with Championship side Huddersfield over the transfer of Kongolo.

The report has claimed that the Cottagers will make an announcement in the next 24 hours.

The 26-year-old, who can operate as a central defender or as a left-back, joined Fulham on loan from Huddersfield in January 2020, but he returned to the Terriers after making just one appearance for the Cottagers, as he suffered a broken foot.

Fulham are playing in the Premier League this season after winning promotion from the Championship via the playoffs at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

Scott Parker’s side are at the foot of the league table at the moment with no point from four matches.
