The 21-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, found the net in the 28th, 55th and 65th minute of the tie.
The youngster, who joined Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer transfer window, is overjoyed to have scored a hat-trick for the Blues.
