Wolves have announced on their official website that they have secured the services of Semedo from Spanish and European giants Barcelona.
The right wing-back has put pen to paper on a contract with the Premier League club that runs until June 2023, with an option to extend it to June 2025.
As reported by BBC Sport, Wolves have paid Barcelona an initial transfer fee of 27.61 million pounds for the right-back.
Semedo has stated on Instagram that he is ready for the challenge at Wolves.
Wolves Executive Chairman Jeff Shi has raved about Semedo, and has described the 26-year-old Portugal international as world class.

Semedo has explained on Wolvesā official website what the fans can expect from him.
The right-back said: āThey can expect a modern right-back, who likes to attack. I can bring the team pace, speed. I like to go forward and come back. They can expect a lot of work and a lot of ambition.
