As announced on Leicester’s official website, Vardy has extended his current contract at the Foxes and will stay at the King Power Stadium until June 2023.
The English striker has been on the books of the Foxes since 2012 and has established himself as an important player in the team.
Vardy has scored a total of 129 goals for Leicester and is the fourth on the clubs all-time leading scorer.
The 33-year-old has taken to Twitter to express his delight at signing a new contract with Leicester.

Vardy has also stated on Leicester’s official website that he is delighted to have extended his current contract at the Premier League club.
The striker said: “The journey that I’ve been on with this Football Club is hard to describe, and although weve accomplished so much together already, I know that Ive got so much more to achieve with this team, so its a special feeling to be able to commit my future to Leicester City once again.
“I love playing my football in front of our fans at King Power Stadium and I’m delighted to continue this journey at such an exciting time for the Club.
“We’ve a fantastic team that I believe is capable of getting even better and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the next few years.”
