According to Sky Sports (Live Transfer blog, 20:19, July 29, 2020), West Ham want to secure the services of Wilson from Bournemouth, who have been relegated from the Premier League and will play in the Championship next season.
Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are also reported to want the 28-year-old striker, who is valued at over 20 million pounds by the Cherries.
Wilson has been on the books of Bournemouth since 2014 and has established himself as an important player in Eddie Howe’s team.
The England international striker made 32 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Cherries this past season, scoring eight goals and providing one assist in the process.
The 28-year-old scored 14 goals and provided nine assists in 30 league games for the Cherries during the 2018-19 campaign.
Bournemouth finished third from bottom in the Premier League table this season, while West Ham ended up five points ahead of the Cherries in 16th place.
