Wilson joined Bournemouth from Premier League rivals Liverpool on a season-long loan deal in the summer of 2019.
The 23-year-old winger has signed an extension to his loan deal at the Cherries and will stay at the Vitality Stadium until the end of the 2019-20 Premier League campaign.
The season will resume next week and will run through to the end of July.
Wilson has taken to Twitter to express his delight at extending his loan spell at Bournemouth.

Stats
Wilson has made 19 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for Bournemouth so far this season, scoring seven goals in the process.
The Wales international winger also made one start and one substitute appearance in the EFL Cup and played twice in the FA Cup for the Cherries so far this campaign.
Bournemouth are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with 27 points from 29 matches.
