RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner has taken to Twitter to express his delight at scoring a hat-trick against Mainz at the weekend.
Werner scored three goals in Leipzig’s 5-0 win against Mainz away from home in the Bundesliga on Sunday.
The 24-year-old Germany international striker found the net in the 11th, 48th and 75th minute.
Werner has expressed his delight on Twitter at Leipzig’s win and is pleased to have scored a hat-trick.

Against Mainz on Sunday, Werner took eight shots of which five were on target, played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 76.2%, took 61 touches, and attempted one dribble.
The 24-year-old striker made 26 starts and one substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Leipzig so far this season, scoring 24 goals and providing seven assists in the process.
Leipzig are third in the Bundesliga table at the moment with 54 points from 27 matches, seven points behind leaders Bayern Munich and three points behind second-placed Borussia Dortmund.
