Leeds are aiming to clinch automatic promotion from the Championship at the end of the season.
The West Yorkshire outfit are at the top of the league table at the moment with 71 points from 37 matches.
The Whites are a point clear of second-placed West Bromwich Albion and as many as seven points ahead of third-placed Fulham.
Football in England is suspended at the moment due to the coronavirus pandemic, and it is not clear when the season will resume.
Former Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder O’Hara believes that if Bielsa remains the Leeds head coach, then the Whites will be a force to reckoned with in the Premier League next season if they manage to clinch promotion.
O’Hara said on talkSPORT Breakfast with Alan Brazil on Friday morning (8:24am, April 10, 2020): “They need to get promotion to keep Bielsa.
“If they do and Bielsa stays, then I think they could be a real force in the Premier League. They are ready for promotion.”
Bielsa was appointed the Leeds head coach in the summer of 2018. The Argentine guided the Whites to a third-placed finish in the Championship table last season.
Leeds have not featured in the Premier League since 2004.
