The Spain international attacking midfielder joined Arsenal on a season-long loan deal from Real Madrid in the summer of 2019.
There have been injury concerns, and the 23-year-old has also failed to cement his place in the starting lineup.

Ceballos has made 10 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for Arsenal so far this season, providing two assists in the process.
The former Real Betis youngster has also made three starts and three substitute appearances in the Europa League for the Gunners this campaign, scoring one goal in the process.
Future at Arsenal?
Perhaps Ceballos’s post on Twitter suggests that he would be open to returning to Arsenal for the 2020-21 campaign or sign a permanent contract with the Gunners.
Arsenal are ninth in the Premier League table at the moment with 40 points from 28 matches, as many as eight points behind fourth-placed and London rivals Chelsea.
