Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Espanyol at home on Thursday evening.

The Wanderers got the better of Espanyol 4-0 at the Molineux Stadium in the first leg of their Europa League Round of 32 tie.

Diogo Jota scored a hat-trick for Wolves, while Ruben Neves also etched his name on the scoresheet.

Wolves winger Traore has taken to Twitter to revel in his side’s win and is pleased to have gone a step closer to qualification to the last-16 stage of the Europa League.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Molineux Stadium on Thursday evening, hosts Wolves had 43% of the possession, took 12 shots of which five were in action, and earned five corners.

Visitors Espanyol had 57% of the possession, took nine shots of which four were on target, and earned one corner.

Premier League Return

Wolves will return to action on Sunday when they take on Norwich City at the Molineux Stadium in the Premier League.

Nuno’s side are eighth in the league table at the moment with 36 points from 26 matches, five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, who occupy the final Champions League place.
