The Gunners got the better of Newcastle 4-0 at home to enhance their chances of finishing in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
After a goalless first half at the Emirates Stadium, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put Mikel Arteta’s side in the lead in the 54th minute with a well-placed header.
Nicolas Pepe doubled the advantage just three minutes later with a good finish to put the Gunners in the driving seat.
Lacazette fed Mesut Ozil in the 90th minute to make it 3-0, and the France international forward himself wrapped up the scoring in the fifth minute of injury time with his side’s fourth.
The 28-year-old did not start the match and came on as a substitute in the 85th minute, and he is delighted to have scored for the first time since December 12 and helping Arsenal to a 4-0 win.
