Young has joined Italian giants Inter from Premier League powerhouse United in the January transfer window.
The Nerazzurri have paid the Red Devils a transfer fee of 1.28 million pounds, and the England international has signed an initial six-month deal.
The 34-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as a full-back, had been on the books of United since the summer of 2011 when he joined from Aston Villa.
During his time at Old Trafford, the Englishman won the Premier League, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the UEFA Europa League once each.
Young, who was the United captain this season, played 261 times for United so far in his career.
The winger has sent an emotional message to United on Twitter, and he has also expressed his delight at making the move to Inter.
To the United fans: every time I walked on the pitch wearing your shirt I gave you my all. Thank you for your support during the highs and the lows. I leave as one of you, see you again in an away end soon pic.twitter.com/SyQFrwIilo
