Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Raul Jimenez has said that he and his teammates can get the better of Liverpool just as they won against Manchester City

Nunos side won 3-2 against defending champions Manchester City at the Molineux Stadium in the Premier League on Friday.

Jimenez scored for Wolves in the 82nd minute, while Adama Traore and Matt Doherty added a goal apiece for the home team.

Raheem Sterling found the net twice for City, who played most of the game with just 10 men after goalkeeper Ederson was dismissed in the 12th minute for a foul on Diogo Jota.

Wolves are next in action on Sunday evening when they take on Liverpool away from home at Anfield in the Premier League.

Jimenez believes that the Wanderers can pick up all three points against the Reds, just as they did against City.

Jimenez told Wolves official website about winning against Liverpool: “Why not? It will be a tough game, but we know that.”
