United got the better of City 2-1 away from home at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
Rashford put the Red Devils in the lead midway through the first half in the 23rd minute, and Anthony Martial doubted the advantage for the visiting team just six minutes later.
Nicolas Otamendi halved the deficit for Pep Guardiola’s side in the 85th minute, but the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team did not concede again and picked up all three points from the encounter.
Rashford has taken to Twitter to revel in the win for United against City in the Manchester derby.
