The Cottagers got the better of QPR 2-1 at Loftus Road in London in the Championship.
Jordan Hugill, on loan from Premier League club West Ham United, put Mark Warburton’s side in the lead after just three minutes from close range Todd Kane’s cross was parried into his path by goalkeeper Marek Rodak.
Aboubakar Kamara restored parity for the home team in the 27th minute when he took advantage of a mistake from QPR goalkeeper Joe Lumley.
Kamara made it 2-1 to Fulham in the London derby in the 64th minute, as the hosts held on for the win.
Fulham official Khan has taken to Twitter to revel in the win and has also praised Kamara for his heroics.
