Georginio Wijnaldum put the Premier League club in the lead in the 14th minute, and Mbwana Samatta restored parity for the visiting team in the 40th minute.
Oxlade-Chamberlain found the net in the 53rd minute to secure all three points from the match.

The win against KRC Genk means that Liverpool are at the top of Champions League Group E table at the moment with nine points from four matches, just a point clear of second-placed Napoli.
