City are one of the biggest clubs in the world and have made huge investments in their squads in recent seasons.
With Barcelona legend Pep Guardiola as the club’s first-team manager, the Manchester outfit have won the Premier League title for the past two seasons and are also trying to emerge victorious in the Champions League.
City have some of the best players in the world in their squad, such as defensive midfielder Fernandinho, goalkeeper Ederson, striker Sergio Aguero and attacking midfielder David Silva.
In a recent interview with The Times newspaper, Leeds owner Radrizzani said that there was interest in the Championship club from Paris Saint-Germain owners Qatar Sports Investment, and suggested that they could eventually take the outfit to the level of City.
Leeds owner Radrizzani has clarified his comments on Twitter, as shown below.
Martyn, the talk was about how Leeds will be again competitive and how we are working hard to be back as a top club again ...and eventually when makes sense open to other partners. Thank you

Promotion Challenge
Leeds have not featured in the Premier League since 2004, but last season, the Whites came close to clinching promotion back to the top flight of English football.
Under head coach Marcelo Bielsa, the West Yorkshire outfit finished third in the Championship table and lost to Derby County in the playoff semi-finals.
The Whites are aiming for automatic promotion from the Championship this campaign as well, and are fifth in the league table at the moment with 20 points from 11 matches, just two points behind leaders West Bromwich Albion.
