Real Madrid host Las Palmas at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, Spain in game week 10 of season 2015-16 in the Spanish La Liga. The game kicks off at the routine 16:00 CEST kick-off time on Saturday, October 31, 2015.
Real Madrid are at the top of the Spanish Primera Division with 21 points from nine matches closely followed by arch-rivals Barcelona who are only behind on goal difference. The visitors Las Palmas have slipped into the relegation zone and are currently in the 18th position in the league table with just six points from their nine matches.
Real Madrid are building up their form and are looking good going into the year end with no defeats in the season so far. Their nine matches have resulted in six wins and three draws. The last five fixtures have been wins over Celta Vigo, Levante and Athletic Bilbao and two other draws against Malaga and Atletico Madrid in the derby.
Las Palmas on the other hand have had a poor month with three defeats, one draw and a win enabling them to pick up just four points in the time. The defeats have come against Getafe, Eibar and Barcelona while the draw was this past week against Villarreal. The lone win in the period was way back on September 23rd when they beat Sevilla 2-0.
Gareth Bale remains sidelined with injury but coach Rafael Benitez has enough firepower in Ronaldo, Kroos, Modric and the likes of Jesé, Casemiro and Isco to get a convincing home win.
Their defensive record at home has been good so all the more reason for the Spanish giants to get all the three points in a resounding fashion. Las Palmas meanwhile will be hoping that the likes of Araújo, Jonathan Viera, Roque Mesa and Vicente Gómez will put up a good show and not let the team lose heavily.
The Spanish giants from Madrid are the heavy favourites and they will come out all guns blazing and Las Palmas will come out winners even if they manage a point from the fixture.
