In Nathan Antunes, team Australia has a sensational driver in the making. A seventh place finish in his debut season in the 2005 Formula BMW UK was the first instance when he put his talents on display for the entire sporting community.
Three finishes in third place along with a wonderful win meant that his team, Motorworld Racing finished in the top-5standings. He himself got a seventh place finish in the championship. In 2006, he was part of the Renault Eurocup Team as one of his many races in the year. As part of the Motopark Academy, he drove one race for the Zolder Formula Renault NEC Team, three races for the Formula 3 Recaro team in the Formula 3 championships. In his 6 races for the team, he got a third place and even a win in the World Series by Renault.
In the 2007-08 season, he joined the Toyota Racing Series and also tested for the European GP2 series for Super Nova racing.
In 2008-09, he will be in the hot-seat for the Australian A1 GP team.
