Eblen turned pro in July 2017. His first fight was against Wayne Collier for Shamrock Fighting Championships. He followed that win with three more against Raymond Gray, Wayman Carter, and Tyler Lee, in 2017 and 2018.
In March 2019, Eblen joined Bellator MMA. His first win for Bellator was against Chauncey Foxworth. As of February 2023, he is undefeated in Bellator. He has beaten a number of top fighters including Anatoly Tokov, John Salter, and Travis Davis.
