Holland turned pro in March 2015. His first professional fight was against Marcos Ayub. He won that fight for Xtreme Knockout. He had five more fights in 2015, winning 3 and losing 2. His wins were against Jason Perrotta, Aaron Reves, and Victor Reyna.

In March 2018, he started fighting for Bellator MMA. He won against Teagan Dooley. In August 2018, he had his first fight for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. It was a loss against Thiago Santos. Holland followed this up with three wins against John Phillips, Gerald Meerschaert, and Alessio di Chirico.

In October 2019, Holland lost to Brendan Allen. In 2020, he had four fights, winning all of them. In 2021, he lost to Derek Brunson in March and to Marvin Vettori.
