Career
He made his MMA debut in September 2010 in a fight against Martin Vath. He won that and he followed that with a series of wins up until he joined Bellator. His first Bellator bout was against Josh Lanier. His first professional loss occurred in April 2014. He lost against Kelly Anundson during Bellator 115. He did not play for Bellator again after that.
He went on to fight for other promotions before eventually joining UFC. His first UFC bout was held in July 2017 against Jimi Manuwa. That initial success was followed by three losses to Daniel Cormier, Anthony Smith, and Dominick Reyes.
After Reyes, he bounced back in August 2019 and defeated Ilir Latifi in a knockout. He continued this with a win over Aleksander Rakic in December 2019. He only fought once in 2020 and that was a loss to Jiri Prochazka. His latest fight was a loss to Magomed Ankalaev in October 2021.
