Career
Lima turned pro in July 2006, beating Carlos Julio Molestina for Wild Bill’s Fight Night.He did not join the Bellator Fighting Championships until September 2011. In those five years, he defeated Ryan Ford, Joe Baize, and Cody Senseney to name a few.
In his Bellator debut, he won against Steve Carl in September 2011. His first Bellator loss was to Ben Askren in April 2012.
In October 2020, he lost to Gegard Mousasi. This started a string of four losses that continued through to July 2022 when he lost to Jason Jackson.
