Yuki Kondo is a Japanese mixed martial artist competing in the Welterweight Division. He is considered as one of the most experienced fighters in the history of the sport, with over 130 professional fights to his name. Kondo is also a former middleweight and light heavyweight champion in Pancrase.

Born on July 17, 1975, Kondo is a native of Niigata, Japan. He began training in Shorinji Kempo during his high school years. Today, he comes with a dan rank in the said marital art.

When he was 21 years old, he made his professional debut in mixed martial arts under the Pancrase organization. He won his first game via guillotine choke along with the next 6 games before he lost to Jason de Lucia via a decision. This was his first career loss.

All but one of Kondo’s 38 professional fights in mixed martial arts happened while he was in Pancrase and he won 31 of these fights. He defeated such fighters as Minoru Suzuki, Guy Mezge, Semmy Schilt, and Pete Williams.

In addition to his middleweight and light heavyweight championship titles under Pancrase, Kondo also was the winner during the Pancrase 1996 Truth Tour Neo Blood Tournament and a 2-time Pancrase Openweight Champion.

He is currently signed under Pancrase Yokohama. Before Pancrase, Kondo fought under several organizations including Palace Fighting Championships, Sengoku, PRIDE, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He also fought in DEEP and Bodog Fight.

The Japanese fighter stands 5 feet and 11 inches and plays the orthodox stance. He trains with Pancrase-ism team and boasts of a 2nd dan black belt in Shorinji Kempo. His mixed martial arts record includes a total of 103 games with 60 wins, 34 losses, and 9 draws.
