Ben Walter

Ben Walter is a Canadian center in the Colorado Avalanche organization.

Walter was drafted in 2004, after scoring 34 points in his sophomore season at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. He made his NHL debut with the Boston Bruins in 2006, and appeared in 10 games with the club before being dealt to New York in 2007. He scored his first NHL goal with the Islanders and played most of the next two seasons in the Isles’ AHL system. He played 2 games for the New Jersey Devils in 2009-10, and was signed by Colorado in 2010.
