Maxim Noreau

Maxim Noreau is a Canadian defenseman in the Minnesota Wild organization.

Noreau was never drafted by an NHL team, but had three good years in the QMJHL, scoring at least 65 points and 106 penalty minutes in both of his last two seasons with the Victoriaville Tigers. He was signed by the Wild in 2008, and spent the next two years in the AHL with the Houston Aeros. After scoring 18 goals, 52 points and 60 penalty minutes with the Aeros in 2009-10, he was called up for his NHL debut in one of the last games of the NHL season.
