Tyson Strachan

Tyson Strachan is a Canadian defenseman on the St. Louis Blues.

Strachan was drafted in 2003 by the Carolina Hurricanes, but went on to play four years of college hockey at Ohio State University. He then jumped directly to the AHL where he played most of the next two seasons before being called up to the Blues in 2008 for 30 games while a number of Blues’ defensemen were injured. He was sent back to the AHL in 2009, and played just 8 games for the Blues in ‘09-10.
