Vladimir Zharkov

Vladimir Zharkov is a Russian right wing on the New Jersey Devils.

Zharkov was drafted by the Devils in 2006, and he spent the next two seasons playing for CSKA Moscow. He came to Lowell in 2008 and played well enough to earn himself a call-up to the NHL in 2009-10, when he played 40 games for the Devils. He did not score a goal but had 10 assists. He will be expected to be on the full-time roster for the 2010-11 season.
