Christian Larrivee
Christian Larivee is a Canadian left winger on Vasteras IK.
Larivee was drafted in 2000 by the Montreal Canadiens, after scoring 80 points in his second season with the Chicoutimi Sagueneens in the QMJHL. He spent another two years in the Q, scoring 100 points in 2001-02, and was called up to the AHL in 2003. He played three years in the AHL and ECHL, with the Hamilton Bulldogs, Columbus Cottonmouths and Long Beach Ice Dogs. In 2005-06, he had a good season, scoring 63 points and 76 penalty minutes, but opted to leave the NHL system and head for Europe. He played a year with Storhamar in Norway before joining Rodovre in Denmark. He had 94 points in 80 games for the club over two seasons, and joined Vasteras in 2009. At 6'3, 214 lbs, he's one of the bigger members of the club, but still only recorded 14 penalty minutes in his first season in Sweden.
