Pontus Sjogren

Pontus Sjogren is a Swedish goalie on Sodertalje SK.

Sjogren joined the club's junior program in 2003, posting a 2.65 GAA in 34 games. He played four years in the Allsvenskan with Huddinge, getting himself ready for competition in the Elitserien with Sodertalje. He was recalled in 2009, and played well in the 14 games he appeared in at the end of the 2008-09 season. He has split time in the starting role for Sodertalje this season, but has seen his save percentage dip to .896, something he'll need to improve if he wishes to progress at the senior level.
