Yared Hagos
Yared Hagos is a Swedish center on Skelleftea AIK.
Hagos was drafted in 2001 by the Dallas Stars after scoring 19 points in his second season of juniors with AIK. He jumped to the Elitserien the next season, where he had 10 points in 45 games. The club was demoted to the Allsvenskan that year, but Hagos returned to the Elitserien in 2003 with Timra. He scored 41 points over the next two seasons, and was brought to the AHL by Dallas. He spent the next two years with the Iowa Stars, but never cracked the NHL roster. He returned to the Elitserien with Mora in 2007, and scored 21 points and 52 penalty minutes that year. He spent most of the next season with HV71, but joined Sodertalje near the end of the season. He was transferred to Skelleftea in the summer of 2009. In 2008-09, he was the most penalized played in the Elitserien, finishing the season with 142 penalty minutes.
Hagos played for Sweden at the 2002 and 2003 World Juniors.
