Anders Nilsson is a Swedish goalie on Lulea HF.
Nilsson was drafted in 2009 by the New York Islanders, after posting a 2.05 GAA in 37 games during the ’08-09 season with Lulea’s junior team. He appeared in one game in the Elitserien, recording a shutout. He has split starting time with fellow keeper Mattias Modig during the 2009-10 season. At only 19 years of age, the 6’5 goalie has a very bright future and will very likely make the jump to the NHL at some point in the near future.
