Alexander Hellstrom is a Swedish defenseman on Lulea HF.
Hellstrom was drafted in 2006 by St. Louis, after playing in 31 games for Bjorkloven in the Allsvenskan. He had played with the club since 2004, making a name for himself as a solid physical defender and heavy hitter. He spent two seasons playing in the AHL with the Peoria Rivermen, appearing in 75 games, before returning to Sweden in 2009. He made his Elitserien debut with Lulea in 2009.
