Mikko Lehtonen
Mikko Lehtonen is a Finnish defenseman on Frolunda HC.
Lehtonen was drafted by Nashville in 2001, while playing for Karpat in the SM-liiga. Lehtonen had a successful career in Finland, culminating in a 28 point season in 2004-05. He came to the NHL in 2006-07, but played in only 15 games with the Predators before returning to Finland. He won a league championship with Karpat in 2008, scoring 8 goals and 33 points along the way. In 2008, he signed with Timra IK, where he scored 15 goals and 30 points in his first year in the Elitserien. In 2009, he signed with Frolunda HC.
