Mark Owuya

Mark Owuya is a Swedish goalie on Mora IK.

Owuya is a product of the Djurgardens' junior program. He played three years in the system, and had two strong seasons in the SuperElit, but was unable to translate that into success in the Elitserien. in 2008, he was sent down to the Allsvenskan to develop at the senior level, and had a good year with Almtuna, recording a 2.26 GAA in 40 appearances. He spent most of 2009 with Orebro, where he struggled a bit, but joined Mora near the end of the season and served as more of a backup to Lars Johansson.

Owuya has been a member of numerous Swedish international junior teams.
