Janos Vas

Janos Vas is a Hungarian winger on Brynas IF.

Vas has played professional hockey since 2002, after he was drafted by the Dallas Stars with the 32nd overall pick. The next season, he played for the Malmo Redhawks, where he continued to play until 2004. He spent three seasons playing in the AHL with the Iowa Stars, but was never called up to Dallas. In 2008, he returned to Sweden, playing for Brynas, and scored 6 points for the club last season.

Vas has played for Hungary at 5 different international competitions since 2000, and has scored 20 points in international play.
