Taylor Pyatt

Taylor Pyatt is a Canadian winger on the Phoenix Coyotes.

Pyatt was drafted 8th overall in 1999 by the New York Islanders, and made the team in 2000. He scored 18 points his rookie season, and was traded to Buffalo during the 2001 offseason. With Buffalo, Pyatt played 4 seasons, before being traded to Vancouver in 2006. He was paired with the Sedin twins, and had the best year of his career in 2006-07, scoring 23 goals and 37 points. He would match his point total the following season, this time setting a career high with 21 assists. He scored 19 points in the next year with the Canucks, before signing with Phoenix in 2009. During the 2009-10 season, Pyatt had 23 points while playing mostly on the Coyotes' checking lines, and helped them reach the playoffs while posting a career high +13 rating.
