Byron Bitz
Byron Bitz is a Canadian winger on the Florida Panthers.
Bitz was drafted by the Bruins in 2003, and went on to play four seasons of college hockey at Cornell University. He spent a season with the Providence Bruins, and was called up to Boston in January 2009. In 2009-10, he played most of the season with the Bruins, scoring 4 goals and 9 points in 45 games, before being traded to Florida in the deal that sent Dennis Seidenberg to the Bruins. He finished the season with the Panthers and will get a chance to a take a leading role in the rebuilding effor there in the coming seasons.
