Mike Sillinger is a Canadian center on the New York Islanders.

Sillinger has made a career out of being an NHL journeyman since being drafted 11th overall in 1989 by the Detroit Red Wings. He has played for 12 different NHL teams, a feat which is an NHL record. He has scored a goal with each of these teams, another record. He has also played for 8 different playoff teams, a fact which qualifies him for another NHL record. Sillinger has been productive nearly everywhere he has played, aside from some disappointing stints in Phoenix and Tampa Bay. He had 21 points in his rookie season with Detroit in 1992-93, but his most productive season came with the Islanders in 2006-07, when he set a career high with 26 goals and 59 points. He recently reached the NHL milestone of playing in over 1000 games.
