Michal Roszival is a Czech defenseman on the New York Rangers.

Roszival was drafted by Pittsburgh in 1996, but did not join the Penguins until 1999. He spent the next four seasons with the Penguins and continued to improve. He signed with the Rangers after the lockout, and in his first season with the team, tied current teammate Wade Redden for the NHL lead in +/- rating, with a +35 to finish the season. Roszival’s best season to date was in 2006-07, when he finished with 10 goals, 30 assists and 40 points.

Roszival played for the Czech Republic at the 2008 World Championships.
