Ethan Moreau is a Canadian left wing on the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Moreau was drafted 14th overall in 1994 by Chicago. He played 8 games in 1995-96 for the Blackhawks, joining the permanent roster the following season. He was traded to Edmonton in 1999, and saw his career take off offensively. In 2003-04, he posted career highs with 20 goals and 32 points. Between 2006 and 2008, Moreau played only 32 games due to a number of injuries, and he struggled to regain his form in Edmonton after getting healthy. He had 26 points in 2008-09, but had only 18 the following year and was allowed to walk as a free agent in the 2010 offseason. He signed with the Blue Jackets that summer, and will look to take a veteran leadership role on a young club in the 2010-11 season.
